CAP Services
Day support- Day supports provide assistance with acquisition, retention, or improvement in self-help, socialization and adaptive skills, which take place in a non-residential setting, separate from the home or facility in which the participant resides.

Supportive Employment- Supported Employment Services provide assistance with choosing, acquiring, and maintaining a job for participants ages 16 and older for whom competitive employment has not been achieved and /or has been interrupted or intermittent.

Home and Community Services

Personal Care Services (PCS) covers the services of an aide in the recipients private residence to assist with the recipient personal care needs that are directly linked to a medical condition.

Respite (Non Institutional) is the provision of short-term, temporary relief to those who are caring for a family member.
